The creation of the logo for Ermenegildo Zegna's internal team training course, Leadership Track, has been undertaken by Drogheria Studio.
The course is divided into two steps aimed at stimulating growth in Leadership
and Business: Elevating Leadership Impact and Elevating Business Impact
The values of the training course are mirrored in the simplicity of the geometric shapes chosen:
Leadership:
inclusive, emotional, and engaging in a round shape that symbolizes the team, the circle.
Business:
rational, exclusive, efficient in an angular shape converging and moving upwards, the triangle.
